The summer heat was no match for our excitement to gather as ECPA! On August 8th, neighbors and friends from Eastchester welcomed our annual summer picnic.
Under the lush shade of the trees, a passionate crowd of nearly 100 residents from over 20 households gathered together. Everyone brought their own specialty dishes—ranging from appetizers and main courses to desserts and drinks—filling up several large tables. Although the weather was scorching, the high temperatures became completely negligible in the face of everyone’s vibrant enthusiasm. Children played and chased each other joyfully on the grass, while parents took this wonderful opportunity to catch up, chat, and meet many new neighbors and friends. It was truly a delicious and heartwarming social feast!
From the initial planning stages to finding the perfect venue, a great deal of effort went into every step of the preparation. The reason our event was able to run so smoothly within a very limited budget is entirely due to the incredible support from everyone in our ECPA family. We are so grateful to have all of you, and we look forward to seeing you at our next event!
